Frequently Asked Questions

To use the NDRRM Fund Management and Monitoring System, you will need:

1. Internet connection
2. Device to access the internet (desktop, laptop, mobile, etc.)
3. Internet browser (preferably Google Chrome)

To change your password:

1. Go to this link: Forgot password
2. Enter the e-mail address you registered with the NDRRM Fund Management and Monitoring System.
3. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address.
4. There is a link in the e-mail. You will be redirected to a web page where you can update your new password.

Via Direct Access

1. Open a web browser.
2. Type https://ndrrmfund.ndrrmc.gov.ph in the address bar, then press enter to view the home page.

Via Manual Creation

1. Click Account at the top right of the page, then click Dashboard.
2. Go to the Users menu on the sidebar.
3. Click the Add New button.
4. Fill up all the fields.
5. Click the Submit button.

Via Import function

1. Go to the Users menu on the sidebar.
2. Click the Import File CSV button.
3. Download the CSV file template and complete the data table.
4. Click Choose File; the extension must be “.csv”
5. To upload the completed CSV file template, click the Import Users Data via CSV.

Note: Do not alter the format of the CSV file. Otherwise the data would not be imported correctly. After a successful registration, a confirmation message will appear.

Through Profile

1. Click Account at the top right of the page, then click My Profile.
2. In the left menu bar below the user profile image, click Add New Fund Request.
3. Fill-up all the fields.
4. Click the Submit button.

Through Dashboard

Via Manual Registration

1. Go to Fund Request on the sidebar menu
2. Click Add New.
3. Fill-up all the fields.
4. Click Submit.

Note: Type in and select the name of the Requesting Party and its id will be automatically shown in the form.

Upon successful registration, a confirmation message will appear on the on the page.

Via Import Function

1. Go to Fund Request on the sidebar menu
2. Click CSV File Import.
3. Click Choose File, file extension must be “.csv”
4. Click Import Fund Request via CSV.

Note: The required fields in this file are: “main project tracking code, category, type, date received, project title, requesting party user id, region, calamity, amount, remarks, assigned office id, status”.

Use the .csv template to be provided by the OCD RRMS. DO NOT DEVIATE FROM THE STANDARDS OF THE TEMPLATE. Otherwise, the data will not be imported properly.
